SCHOLARSHIPS
A limited number of scholarships for the conference may be available contingent upon availability of funds through CDC. There is a possibility of receiving financial support for: registration fees (for the Pre-Conference: Hispanic Community Leaders Lunch, Dialogue and Workshops, the Pre-Conference Faith Institute and Lunch, and the African American and Hispanic Leadership Conference), lodging subsidy, mileage subsidy and per-diem reimbursement. ALL applicants must be members of the African American or Latino community or be able to provide extensive evidence of a history and current pertinent work with the African American or Latino community related to HIV/STD/Hepatitis or other relevant issues.
To be considered for a possible scholarship, you must complete the scholarship application linked below and submit by the 11:59pm EST on September 21, 2011. Complete instructions on submitting the application, who to contact if you have questions and notification of awardees dates is included in the application.
