The Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services, Department
for Public Health, is proud to announce The 2012 Kentucky Conference on
HIV/AIDS and Viral Hepatitis. The conference will be held on
Tuesday, August 14th and Wednesday, August 15th 2012.

If you are interested in presenting, please complete and submit the

Abstract Submission Form.

on the conference on this web page. As CEU and CMEs will be offered, the

established we will also
post a registration link to this web page.
